Baba Farid University of Health Sciences Faridkot

Attended the celebrations of “Baba Farid Aagman Purav” held at Baba Farid University of Health Sciences Faridkot on 22nd Sept 2023. On this auspicious day, under the able leadership of Hon’ble Chief Minister, Bhagwant Mann , inaugurated a number of new initiatives like

1.) NextGen e-Hospital, an online portal developed by NIC and will be implemented in Guru Gobind Singh Medical College & Hospital.

2.) a skill lab equipped with high-fidelity manikins that has been built with help of United States Agency for International Development (USAID).

3.) “Green Campus Health University” which is going to be the first Health Sciences University in India to initiate efforts to make the University, a Green Campus University,

4.) Permitted to launch a course M.Sc. (Phyto-Organo-Agro-Medicine) and M.Sc. (Gerontology) in University Center of Excellence in Research.

5.) Also e-launched Master of Hospital and Health Administration program.
